First interview was in-person after the career fair. They asked me general questions about my experience and my GPA. Because my GPA was sub 3.0 I had to defend myself strongly, and was granted a second interview as a result. The second interview they fly you out to Arizona for a few days and have you speak with multiple engineering managers and walk you through the security clearance process.
