Entrevista
It takes a very long time as they have to go through a the proper channels since they are a defense contractor. The process involves interviewing with at least 4 people who give feed back to avoid any bias by the hiring manager. This is all done in one day and can take several hours as a lot of the staff have meetings and other priories they need to attended to.

Entrevista
Very basic and easy interview. Asked about previous experiences. Provided a nice, relaxing environment to answer questions. Provided expectations of the role and allowed open dialogue. The interview was quick and did not take much time.

Tell us about some past engineering projects you’ve helped develop.
The interview focused more on personality. In this role, you interact with a lot of different groups. Someone in this role needs to be stiff but flexible. So they are asking about your skills but also trying to see how well you get along with others.

Entrevista
Simple easy questions. Got an offer but didn’t take the job. They think they are the smartest people in the world despite the hiring manager was nice but other interviewers were not as nice. The process of getting hired is so long, you have to go through and security clearance process which can take up to 6 months.
