Participated in the Superday. Pretty well handled daylong process with pre-interview projects, a group case study and a panel interview. They said they were going to let us know by the end of the next week but did not and each time I followed up they continued to push it back. Never heard back (same with some of the others that interviewed on the same day) - super disappointing because it seemed like a great program and the interviewers were all very nice.

Applied last year early December and didn’t hear back until late January of the following year saying that I’d made it to the final round. Who knew the final round consisted of 50 other candidates who also got a random email saying they’d made it as well. The final round was a 6-hour interview with presentations, q&a’s, and a one-on-one with the Hiring Manager and their team. Found out several months later the role went to an internal candidate who was initially hired in by their very close relative. Nepotism at its finest.
