The interview process was straightforward and conducted as expected. The interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to. I enjoyed learning more about the company and staff members throughout the interview process.

Had a stressful time trying to coordinate with the recruiter for the initial screening. She sent an email to set up a day and time to talk, which I agreed to, and cleared my calendar. She didn't call. I called her number and sent an email to request a reschedule. She proposed a new day and time in an email. I responded that 10 a.m. didn't work that day because I had a doctor's appointment. Wouldn't you know it, she called while I was at my appointment and left me a message saying that she was sorry I missed her. For the third time, I cleared my calendar again and send a message 5 minutes after she was supposed to call me, and the recruiter called. There was a hint of "thanks for being flexible" but no apology. A time was set up for me to meet with the hiring manager, and that was a standard, interview with reasonable questions for a candidate in my position. I was asked to send writing samples. I was ghosted. I tried to follow-up with the recruiter twice with no response.
