Three interviews-- two with an HR recruiter (a phone screening and one-on-one) and another panel interview with three staff members with whom I would be working. The interviews with HR were very situational and typical for initial interviews. The panel interview was awful; I was simply asked questions from a sheet of paper and watched as the interviewers jotted down my answers. The questions were very similar (sometimes the same question would be asked with a small nuance that was different from the last question) and I didn't feel like they got to know me very well. I left thinking I didn't get the job but received and accepted an offer about a week later. Overall a very dry interview process, but don't let it discourage you!
