The interview process went through three steps with three different persons in the same day; beginning with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The interviewers themselves were incredibly welcoming and polite, giving off a great first impression. All three of them were very good at making me feel comfortable in the room before asking questions regarding my experience. I was given a tour of the building as well as introduced to some of the other employees throughout. My initial experience with the company was very positive and I was very pleased with the interview process.
