HR è stata molto disponibile e gentile, così come la responsabile di team nel colloquio che ho avuto successivamente. Tra i due colloqui mi è stato richiesto di effettuare un test SHL per confermare competenze analitiche
It was lengthy, three interviews and a deck presentation based on a fake client review. The presentation review was unnecessarily angsty, like it was made to drill you with an angry client. I understand wanting to understand how someone deals with stress but it was supposed to be an exercise with minimal background on a client I never worked on. I felt it was too much and didn’t appreciate the sentiment. The account director I interviewed with had zero emotion and seemed like interviewing me was a burden he didn’t want to deal with, if he were to have been my boss I may not have accepted the role.

Recruiter sent a Linkedin message and scheduled a time. During the interview, she asked the basic questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to apply and also didn't get back after saying she would.
