The interview process has changed over the years however, I think the partner interviews which happens at the very last stage will most likely be the same. In my experience, they were more interested in your personality and how you would fit with the team. I showed my enthusiasm and had interests in what the partners were saying. I researched about them before hand and make sure to have questions beforehand.
The most basic interview, all the standard questions, no surprises.
Felt a bit rushed, like they where in a rush to finish, not much of a chance to ask questions at the end.

Fair and transparent process, overall a very positive experience. The interviewer was nice and made me feel comfortable, and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. Gave me the opportunity to ask questions.
