Entrevista
Had three rounds. One with HR where the expert went through considerable details ( He was thorough, and that was good) and with two managing directors on the HCM practice. The interview questions were very interesting and based on HCM solutions implementations. The combined experience of both Directors are very very strong. The variety and complexity of assignments made me even more interested. Unfortunately, RSM did not return to me after the interview (5 weeks).

Well organized process that was overseen and orchestrated by an in house recruiter who’d originally approached me on LinkedIn. I finished four, 1 hr interviews and was ghosted after being asked my availability for a final round with the partner. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
