Had to do online testing, then a video interview. Was invited to an assessment centre in Feb with 2 others. Had a strength based interview with a partner and someone from HR, which was . Had to do a review of a document they provided us with, had to do a brief presentation of some pre-work they told us to prepare, and finally some group activities.
