Entrevista
Start with a self introduction, follow by a 15 minutes group discussion on a specific topic with 5 minutes preparation time. Then present the discussion result to the interviewer. At the end the you may ask the interview questions.
It was conducted by one of the talent acquisition officer and the whole process took about 30 minutes. The interview was to get to know the candidate and to see if they are the perfect fit for the role

- General qns on why u want to join the firm, prior experience etc, and will share abt culture here as well
- One stage interview
30 minutes interview with specific department intern supervisor, asked the usual questions like what is your career aspirations, why RSM and explained how the internship works. Was quite manageable and expected
