5 separate interviews, which seems like a lot, however, it was a great experience. The interviews were more conversations. Had initial 30 min phone screening with recruiter that had some “tell me about a time” type of questions. Then met with the hiring manager, two coworkers and two partners. Each of the last interviews were easy conversations where we talked about the role and I was able to ask questions. They were very open, relaxed and willing to share honest information. Much more enjoyable than most interviews I’ve been on.
