Two rounds of interviews, one with a manager and one with a director. Behavior questions only, trying to get a feel of who you are and style of work. A vibe match in all honesty

What style of management do you like to work with?
There were three rounds of interviews with Senior, Manager, and Partner. One was a phone call and the other 2 were video based. Each was about thirty to forty-five minutes.

Numerical and verbal assessment where you have to practice online then do. This includes ranking types of sceneries you are most likely to do out of 5 and the numerical test include doing basically GCSE style questions.

What are the tasks or activity that gives you the most energy?
the interview is not difficult and focus on behavioral questions, three rounds overall. Manager, Director and Partner, all questions are for behavioral questions not much technical questions. I think overall the questions level is not difficult
