Video interview - a few questions, only strengths based and quite unusual.
Assessment day - met some current graduates, did two individual tasks - one was role playing exercise where you had to convince a client to use AI based using information you read in some articles. The other individual task was questions based on the pre-work task. The questions were not technical but more about how you worked on it, what sources you used, what you would improve next time etc.
There was also a group exercise where we had to do as many tasks as possible in 5 minutes. They were all quite silly, like sorting out beads and thinking of a vegetable for every letter of the alphabet. The assessors then asked us 2 questions each about the task that we answered in front of everyone.
Finally, the one-to-one interview. Again, strengths based, so quite similar to the video interview.
