Had a three hour interview. completed two personality assessments and Raven's™ Standard Progressive Matrices. Had to prepare a 20 minute presentation to present to the interview team. The interview team included the production manager and team, customer service and team, finance, manufacturing, corporate attorney and his assistant. the HR Director was not included but interviewed with the HR Team. i still have not heard back from them either way. Sent several emails to follow up but its a dead end.
