Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en RSA Security (Boston, MA) en mar 2011
Entrevista
Very streamlined process - I was recommended by a Sales Manager so bypassed the 'application process'. I had a phone interview, a technical phone interview, had to present a 'solution/product' of my choice, whiteboard the solution, then a round robin interview with 5 different managers. They divided up the questions that cover past experiences, challenges I've faced and overcome, my outlook at a great company, what really motivates me, etc....

Entrevista
Three rounds of interviews for entry-level sales engineer (in late 2017). First interview was over the phone and did not contain much technical content, other than being asked to describe technical capabilities and experience. Second and third interviews for me happened together and in-person. The company paid for my travel to a nearby major city and for the hotel for the night - though someone at the company failed to reserve the hotel correctly and I had to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. The second part was me presenting to a room of managers and potential co-workers on a technical topic of my choosing. The third part immediately followed and was a rather informal tech interview - normal for a cyber security company. I was grilled for 30-45 minutes on various cyber technologies.

The only question I remember specifically was being asked about a process taking over or injecting itself into another process and being asked what that is called.

Very relaxed atmosphere during the process, all interviewers did a great job. It starts with a couple of phone calls, and an in-person interview later on. All of the interviews were very involving, and the level of professionalism was kept very high at all times. I enjoyed the process and would advise everyone to go through this process as it is a great experience.
