Had a phone interview and two days later went in to their office for an in-person interview. Had to complete a series of grammar, spelling and comprehension tests when I got there (this was after a comprehension test and typing test I completed online before coming in for an interview.) the tests were not too hard and you should do fine if you have a basic grasp of grammar ect. The interview asked me questions more like what I was interested in rather then specific questions and mostly I just explained my experience. I was working my first temp job within a weeks time from my interview.
