The two interviews I had were pleasant. The first was more a getting-to-know-you kind of scenario. The second seemed to be guided by me where I could demonstrate my skills a little more. I was really taken back by how honest they were and how impressive their funding has been but less so by the fact there's no acknowledgement in the post that they expect you to work 6 days a week in the summer.
