Highly unprofessional. Their HR conducts technical interviews without communicating the interview format, leaving candidates unprepared. The HR representative merely reads out questions without understanding them or knowing the answers. I have never experienced such an unprofessional approach to conducting interviews. Where in this world an HR takes technical interview?
