The appointment was a two tiered one. First a competitive exam was held and once through it the candidate was called for the interview. The interview was a ten panel interview. The panel consisted of people from both the health department and the communications department. They asked questions mainly to do with how one would communication with illiterate target audience, what is one's position regarding knowledge of the tuberculosis disease etc.
