GD -> Resume Review -> Technical MCQ -> Technical Interview -> PM Round
GD: Straight forward group discussion on a topic sometimes relevant to the tech industry.
Resume Review: Run through of candidate's resume with candidate.
Technical MCQ: Online quiz with multiple sections. Each section reserved for one of the technologies of MERN (so a section just for MongoDB, a section just for Express, etc.).
Technical Interview: JavaScript fundamentals. From basic concepts such as let and const to more advanced concepts such as asynchronicity.
PM Round: Final round with head of team leads to understand candidate's compatibility with allocated team.
