I applied by mailing my resume to them and surprisingly got reply within two hours of applying. The reply contained a series of dates and timings to report to their New Delhi corporate office on any of those dates for a PowerPoint presentation cum interview, which they call as an interaction. I was expecting a senior faculty panel to interview and listen to my presentation. Surprisingly, they have a team of novice HR staff, who are highly unprofessional with their approach who will interview you and will listen to your presentation. As they don't know the ABC's of your subject, the entire exercise turns into mockery. Then the entire interview will focus on the least salary that you can take for the position offered. Shockingly, they'll offer you peanuts (in the literal sense of the term) after acting for hours. HR staff is highly incompetent and don't know anything about educational institutions.
