The interview was two parts, HR and Technical interviews. HR interview was oral and written, it was focusing on my previous work achievements, willing to lead a team in the future, why did I leave my previous employer, English language level. Technical interview was oral and it was mostly about Java technologies and OOP concepts.There was also an IQ written test.
