Entrevista
Hiring process - exam > if exam pass > interview with hr > interview with director/or some higher-up > hired. The exam consist of personality test and written technical test. More recently, they have added exams on a moodle in which examinees allegedly have to achieve perfect score within the allotted time.

Entrevista
A bit hard but doable. The questions are fairly easy to answer even for fresh graduates. There are 2 interviews, the first of which is about your background and what made you interested in the position you applied for, the final interview is the technical interview and is just a one-on-one exam. If you pass these two exams, you will be proceeded to take the medical exam.

Entrevista
It was a long process, filled with two interviews (personal and technical) and 3 online exams (Pre-technical, personality, and technical) These exams and interviews are really hard. I would suggest reading every electronics book you have, so you'll get a much higher chance in passing. The topic of the exam, depends on the current trend of electronics.
