Usually they will reach out to you via DM on indeed or via text message on your resume that's connected to your phone number. From there usually a cursory phone interview will take place just to kind of get to know you a little bit more. If it seems like a good fit then they may ask for a virtual interview then to be followed up by a in person interview. If you are able to move on to an in person interview this will often take place at their headquarters in Spring City and might have one or two additional people present via webcam along with their in person team. Unfortunately their post interview follow up is not existent and they will ghost you as an applicant if you are not selected.
