The interview process was a thoroughly mixed bag. I had an excellent video interview with a very senior stakeholder for the role based in the UK. It was very positive. I then had a follow-up interview with the energetic local MD and Sales Leader. It left me with a very clear sense of a very poor organisational culture and a win at all costs mentality. I was asked to prepare for a third round but first to submit to screening by the business. This involved sharing a multitude of personal documents and contacts/references, suggesting that the process was nearing completion. I was then emailed, not called, but emailed the next day by the MD to let me know they had met with someone and would be making an offer to that person.
