Telephone interview (30 mins) > Online psychometric test (an hour)> case study test (an hour)> face to face interview with two panels (1.5 hours). The case study was challenging as the question and materials provided were a little confusing. Questions during the interview were very good. They gave very good questions which all seemed very relevant. The hiring manager was willing to give feedback after the interview.
