      Got contacted by email first, saying they were interested in my resume and asking for a zoom interview. The zoom interview was very casual, some classic questions like where do you se yourself in 5 years, etc. Easy and lasted 30 min.

      Entrevista

      I was invited for a phone interview with a recruiter. We spoke briefly, only 10-15 minutes and she seemed minimally interested in my experience and applicable skills. She was very positive about our conversation and stated that she would pass along my resume to a variety of managers and also advocate for me in the process. I was told to expect a call back in 3-10 days and never heard anything. I was disappointed in the lack of communication and misrepresentation.

      Entrevista

      I applied online and within a week I was offered a video interview with one of the leads I would be working under. The first interview went great, the interviewer was polite and very interested in learning more about me. Afterwards, she quickly set me up with a second meeting the following week. My second interviewer, someone in the same role but a different department, was very different from the first. This interviewer seemed like she couldn't care less to speak with me and it felt like I was bothering her every time I spoke. There was no personality on her end and she didn't seem to care to find out about mine. Towards the end, I could immediately tell I was not going any further in the process and even though I had originally wanted the position a great deal, I wasn't even upset. I wouldn't want to work for someone who treats people like that.
