RGP was very efficient. I conducted about seven interviews in 3 weeks before receiving a formal offer. The interview process consisted of meetings with recruiting specialists, director of recruiting, talent management, hiring manager, business development, and senior executive. Everyone I interviewed with was very professional, smart, helpful, kind, warm, and thoughtful. The interviews ranged from answering questions about past successes and failures, situation response scenarios, overview of background, explaining why there would be a good fit, and plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
