I received an e-mail asking for a phone interview 1 day after I submitted the application. I passed the phone interview smoothly. She asked about resume and easy general personality questions. However I failed the Skype interview because she asked about several technical questions, like ingredients functions and product optimizations. I wasn't prepared very well and kind of nervous. I guess if you can survive the technical questions you will get it.
