It was just your average hiring scenario; had a couple interviews with varying levels of management at RFA, and eventually progressed to an interview with client management. The a painless process.
Applied online and heard back within a week. Started with a phone interview, followed by a one on one teams interview with the team lead. After that a panel interview with team lead, manager, and company partner.
Overall great experience with the team at RFA, Very friendly guys and seemed like they’d be great to work with. Offer was declined over low salary and benefits.
