First interview I met with the controller and my direct supervisor. The second interview included them, but also included the department head and some of the other team members. Not once was I uncomfortable during the interview process. I found everyone to be so down to earth and at ease while remaining professional, which I found to be indicative of the culture there as well. Everyone seemed truly happy to work there! Although the interview process was somewhat long at 2.5 months, not once was I left wondering where they were in the process. I greatly appreciated their thoroughness and follow-through during the interviewing process.
