My first interview was with the VP of HR and the Director of IT. They were friendly, helpful, and represented the company very well. My Second Interview was with executive members including the Owner. The Owner had some questions and instead of asking me he asked the Director of IT which had to answer for me. That was the strangest interview I was ever part of and left me with a strange vide of what I may be getting into to.
