The interview process is pretty stright forward. Mostly 3 or 4 members will sit in interview panel and ask you plenty of questions. No complaints about it. Once you succeed there, they ask you to attend manager round. After final round, They took so much time to get back to me. After that, they called me and started bargaining about my salary. First they reduced 10K than what I submitted earlier. I accepted , they took again one or two weeks time, they again reduced 10K more thousands, i accepted it as it was remote. Again they took one more week, I tried to wake them up through my emails. Then finally they called me and said , market conditions are bad and told me to reduce another 10K , totally they reduce 30K from my actual proposal pay at the time of profile submission. I said i will take it as my contract was getting over and need to grab some offer. Then they took another few days and told me, company is not interested to hire you as they have budget constraints. They said, we will get back to you once this position is back again, then i told them i dont prefer this company again. This is not at all professionalism, and they kept me on wait more than a month, waste of time for taking multiple rounds of interview... I never gonna apply again any position in this company . I am happy for not working with such unprofessional folks.
