Applied through the REI website and was contacted for recruiter screening. Went through 3-4 rounds of interviews including a panel. They wanted to start this person after a month and seemed aggressive about the hiring deadline. A month later recruiter went OOO and transitioned me to a different recruiter. After my final interview I never heard from them again. Basically I got ghosted.
