Applied online, got an email for an interview 8 minutes later, interview was an online interview. Could have been because of Covid-19 but the “interview” was a link you clicked on and video recorded yourself answering the questions. There were only 3 questions, you only got 3 tries to record it and there was time limit. It was hard to be my normal peppy and happy self that they want in retail when talking to a screen instead of interacting with a person. Don’t feel like they can properly access how you interact with others through a screen video.
