I had a very positive experience interviewing for a position with REI. I was directed to the position on their website by a friend and started the initial process there. I was called in for an interview a week later. The interview was conducted by an HR representative and then I was interviewed by the Art Director. I had to present my portfolio and answer some questions. I also had to take a test using the software that would be used in that position.
