I had an interview scheduled with a specific employee. When I came in, he was interviewing another candidate. A female employee took me into a separate room and asked a handful of questions very casually and conversationally. When we concluded, she said to check my email that evening because if I were selected, that is how I would be contacted.

Pretty quick and simple interview process for such a big company. Everyone seemed nice that I spoke to over the phone but for the most part the interview was all online. Just answering questions and recording your answers.

Your normal mid level job assessment, and questions. Make sure you have hiking, or some outdoor activity on your mind. They want to make sure you know about who they are, and what they sell.
I did an online interview first. I filmed myself answering a few questions. They called me in a few weeks later for an in person interview. Very standard interview questions, got hired on the spot
