Entrevista
Group interview where we were observed interacting in small groups with other people who were also candidates. Each group was 4 to 6 people and we often broke into one to one encounters. We acted or role played in short hypothetical scenarios. most of the role playing related directly to customer relation skills. A short presentation preceded this and afterwards another short presentation followed. I was extended a invitation to attend training at the conclusion of the interview and I accepted.

No personal questions were asked. We we given a hypothetical task and our interpersonal skills were observed.
During the interview process the staff was Friendly there was a Standard zoom call interview. Once hired there is Group onboarding. Lots of information and in depth training. Training from the floor team was really helpful.

Wow it was fantastic the person that I interviewed with was so understanding it was like I was talking to someone I knew for years. I can’t wait to go to orientation!!
It was a group interview with a bunch of other candidates, we watched videos and broke down into groups to discuss various topics and scenarios that may happen in a retail scenario
