If you are seriously on a lookout for a job, save yourself the frustration and avoid interviewing at this company. The hiring team (recruitment + the team you are going to work for) lacks integrity. They waste enough of your time but have zero courtesy to get back with the result. They basically keep you hanging. The recruiter even avoids mentioning the pay-scale in the very first call. If you just want mock interviews, go ahead. It might help for the interviews that really matter. 1st Round: Technical (Three Coding problems) 2nd Round: Take Home Assignment 3rd Round: Discussion on Take Home Assignment 4th Round: In-Person Interview on Take Home Assignment and past work experience At times, it seems like an orchestrated drama to get solutions coded from the candidates in the name of hiring.
