Very unnecessarily long interview process. Had to take some logic test that I passed with flying colors. Then they asked me to take a programming test.... I refused to waste time doing their programming test but they invited me to interview onsite anyway. Never actually went to the onsite interview because after talking to a few managers via telephone, the company did not seem like a good place to work. Seemed like there was no room for advancement and I got the impression that the pay was extremely low. In addition during there 2+ week process I received a way better offer from a fortune 100 company.
