I was matched with the company from a recruiting firm. Honestly, I did not have much interest in changing jobs but I was quickly intrigued. It was obvious that Ready was different and even though it was young, it had a great plan for being here tomorrow. The team seemed very close knit and really inspired me to want to take the risk on a start up. I had a phone interview and then an in person interview about a week or so later. After about a week, I was extended an offer. I really connected with the team and began working about two weeks after receiving an offer.
