Short phone screen by very professional recruiter, one day later callback to schedule video interview. Video interview was with multiple members of the development team and the recruiter. Technical questions (not too hard), behavioral discussions. Felt like they are looking for long term employees and because of this they value personality/culture fit just as much as technical.
