The interview was a part of Bhutan Civil Service Examination (BCSE) for hiring students from various backgrounds to train for the jobs in public administrations of Bhutan. To be eligible for the aforementioned jobs, the applicants should have attained bachelors degree in any field. Applicants will be called for interview only if s/he passed preliminary examination while the same should appear BCSE main exam before interview. The results will be the combination of written exam (70%), interview (20%) and academic achievement (10%).
