After meeting the marketing manager at the University of Tennessee career fair in October, I remained in contact until December, when they decided to bring me in to meet the team. Unbeknownst to me, this is actually an interview, which is absolutely fine. I enjoyed meeting with the sales manager, marketing manager and president. I had a follow up phone interview with the vice president of operations, took two personality tests (I think they threw these out since hiring me ?), and received an offer within the next two weeks. Overall the interview was casual without being unprofessional. It was not bad at all.
