I participated in a HireVue on-demand video interview. The format was a blend of video-based questions and gamified assessments. For the video portion, I was presented with several questions, each with a brief preparation window (typically one minute) before the recording timer started. This part of the interview seemed to focus on behavioral competencies and past experiences. Following the video questions, I completed three separate cognitive games that progressively became more challenging. These games appeared to assess skills such as memory, logic, and attention to detail. Overall, the platform provided a clear and efficient way to complete the initial screening.

I had a recorded interview before being shortlisted to a panel interview which had a case study presentation beforehand. The panel was friendly and accommodated my technical difficulties. Overall, the experience was good besides having the multiple technical issues on my side.

Although i was nervous but the interview went well .I think I managed to answer most of the questions since I was well prepared. Just do research about the company and its values.
