Very straight forward. Expect 4-5 behavioural questions. For example, mistake on the job, biggest achievement, customer conflict and a time where you showcased your problem solving skills. An actual interview should last about 23-30 minutes

Describe a time when you made a big mistake on the job and how you handled it.
It was a 30 minutes interview process. General behavioural questions. They asked about past work experience and projects. Challenges faced, key strengths, hypothetical Q&As. Overall, it was an average interview experience. Interviewers were friendly but seemed new to the interviewing process.

Just an email for a 30 minute interview and then I was asked to pick a time-slot for one of the options that they had provided. The interview was done by 2 people,
They asked you to describe yourself first. Then they mostly asked questions about leadership and how are you as a leader. Questions required the interviewee to use STAR method to answer them.
