Lot of challenging behavioural questions as I was technically sound. Utilizing the star method to answer my questions really did help me crack the interview. There were 2 rounds in total excluding phone screening. Self awareness and self motivator attitude is what they are looking for

The interview process included three stages, and each stage was well‑structured and professional. The first and second interviews focused mainly on behavioral and experience‑based questions, while the third stage was a panel discussion. Technical questions were asked only during the hiring manager interview, and that part of the process went smoothly and successfully.
First Round interview with an associate director about basic behavioral, motivation questions. second round with two executive directors on resume related question, motivation, a simply case study. In general, not hard.

The interview process was warm and interactive. I felt at home throughout the 30-minute interview. The recruiter started by complementing my hair and we laughed and had an amazing interview session.
