Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en RBC (Waterloo, ON) en feb 2015
Entrevista
RBC had a campus hiring event at my university, so I sent my resume directly to hr, then I was informed that I had a group interview with other 8 (approx.) candidates after 3 weeks. The interview took about an hour and a half. Four rounds in total, and most of the activities needed to work with another candidate. One round was to sell a product, which was chosen in bunch of some random things to the hiring crew.

self intro, introduce your partner and answer why they should hire your partner, sell a product, read a scenario and then make suggestions and advice based on the senario
It wasnt too bad. pretty entry level. salary not really negotiable. If you come in prepared with expectations around the roll based off of the job description, its pretty standard.
