Online numerical test, first round interview with a VP and an assessment centre (10 interviewees in total; involving a presentation pitch where you had to sell a company to potential investors, 2 rounds of interviews with MDs and a team case study involving all 10 people having to work together to decide on a topic to talk about from newspapers and then presenting your findings to an MD and VP).

A short series of online assessments, comprising of a verbal reasoning test, a numerical reasoning test, and a test of situational judgment. Verbal reasoning test: looks at ability to draw conclusions from complex written information. Numerical reasoning test: looks at ability to find and use numerical information in tables, charts and diagrams. Situational-judgement task: involves responding to incoming messages in a mobile-messaging style format. Took approximately 45 minutes to complete.
